Census U.S. Intercensal County Population Data by Age, Sex, Race, and Hispanic Origin

The Census Bureau's Population Estimates Program publishes current population estimates and for the 2000s and earlier.

Census first compiled Hispanic origin by county data for the 1990 Census.

2015 might be the last year Census delivered this file.

Overall intercensal county population going back to 1970 (that is, NOT by age, sex race, and Hispanic origin) is also available.

The SAS, Stata, and CSV files were set up to make the county intercensal population by age, sex, race, and Hispanic origin data easier to use.

Updates and changes.
